Who is responsible

MavoFinds is operated by XU FEI, based in Xiong’an New Area, Hebei, China. XU FEI is responsible for the personal information we process for this website and our services. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].

Information we handle

When you place an order, we handle the name, email address, optional telephone number, delivery address and country you provide, together with the selected goods, price, shipping fee, order status and related correspondence. Payment processing can also return PayPal payment identifiers, status and payer or delivery information used to verify and support the transaction. Our checkout does not ask for your PayPal password or full card details.

When you send an inquiry, we handle the contact details, product information, quantities and message you provide. The inquiry may also include its source page, referring page and campaign parameters. Technical data used by hosting and security services, including request-address-derived identifiers for abuse prevention, may be processed to operate and protect the website.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, process and support orders, arrange delivery, handle returns and disputes, prevent misuse and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Details needed to contact you and deliver an order must be provided for us to fulfil that order; optional fields are marked.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing is based on steps you request before an order and performance of that order, legal obligations, and legitimate interests in customer support and protecting our service, subject to your rights. Where consent is required, it must be obtained and can be withdrawn for the relevant processing.

Service providers & international processing

Cloudflare provides website hosting and data infrastructure. PayPal processes payments and provides transaction information. We share relevant contact and delivery details with the fulfilment, freight-forwarding and transport parties involved in your order. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to handle a legal claim. We do not sell customer personal information.

We operate from mainland China. Information may be processed by us and our service providers in countries other than where you live, whose data-protection rules may differ. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a transfer, those requirements apply. Contact us for information about the parties and arrangements relevant to your order.

Browser storage & analytics

The website can keep the confirmed website order number and its timestamp in same-tab session storage for the receipt experience, with a maximum application validity of 24 hours. This is not a permanent customer account. Administrator login uses a separate session cookie with a five-hour validity. PayPal and the infrastructure providers may use storage or technical identifiers for their payment and security services.

Google Analytics is not enabled on this website. This does not mean that hosting, security or payment providers process no technical data.

The live website also uses Cloudflare’s performance beacon where enabled by the platform’s regional settings. It reports page and referring-page information and browser performance measurements, such as page-load timing, to Cloudflare so website usage and performance can be understood. Cloudflare states that this beacon does not use cookies or read or write browser storage. This is separate from Google Analytics and from storage used for payments or receipts. You can clear or restrict storage in your browser settings, although some payment or receipt functions may be affected. This website does not send automatic order or shipping emails.

Retention & security

We keep information for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected. Relevant criteria include completing an order or inquiry, delivery and return support, applicable accounting or legal recordkeeping periods, fraud prevention, and any unresolved dispute. Information no longer needed for those purposes should be deleted or anonymized; this is not a promise of automatic deletion after a fixed number of days.

We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your rights & requests

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant data-protection authority. Some requests may be limited by necessary legal recordkeeping or other applicable exceptions.

Contact [email protected] to ask about your information or exercise your rights. We may need proportionate verification of your identity, without asking for your PayPal password or card details. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. Material changes to this notice will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
