Who we are & what we offer

MavoFinds is operated by XU FEI, based in Xiong’an New Area, Hebei, China. We offer products for direct purchase and assistance with sourcing, bulk and custom requests. These terms apply to use of the website and purchases from us, together with the specific order details you agree to.

Products, options & prices

Check the product description and selected option for the goods and quantities included. One checkout purchases one selected selling option; that option may be a multipack. The website does not provide a multi-product cart.

Prices are displayed in US dollars. Other selling options may have different prices from the default option shown on a product card. Review the selected option, shipping fee and total before approving payment in PayPal. Any separately quoted sourcing or custom service must specify its scope, price, delivery and cancellation arrangements before you confirm it.

Ordering & payment

Provide accurate contact and delivery details so the order can be fulfilled. By completing checkout and approving payment, you request purchase of the selected goods on the terms shown. We process and fulfil confirmed paid orders in accordance with the agreed details and applicable law. A pending payment or a direct visit to the payment-success page does not establish that payment has completed. If payment results are unclear, check PayPal activity and contact us before paying again.

If a material availability or description problem is discovered, we will contact you about an agreed resolution or cancellation and refund. We will not silently replace the selected item or charge an additional amount without your agreement. A displayed software status does not limit any rights or obligations that arise under applicable contract law.

Shipping, cancellation & returns

Direct-purchase products use customs-cleared shipping with import duties and taxes included in the quoted total. Bulk, custom and bulky shipments have separately agreed shipping and tax arrangements.

Listed shipping fees are based on the United States; contact us before ordering for other destinations. Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds explain preparation, delivery, tracking, cancellation, return costs and product-problem support.

Mandatory consumer rights take priority over any inconsistent voluntary policy term. Nothing here requires you to surrender rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
